With a lot of things that are going on in the world, it’s hard to believe what’s real and what’s not real but for the sake of the small little babies involved, I’m really hoping that this is just a mean-spirited rumor that bears no truth whatsoever. There are reports all over social media that are saying ISIS is supposedly killing newborn babies with down syndrome. I know, it’s so shocking and hard to believe that I myself am having a hard time even sharing this story with you.

Here’s a little more:

ISIS militants have reportedly authorized the terror group’s members to kill newborn babies with Down Syndrome, as well as other disabled children, Iraqi activists claimed on Sunday.

According to the group known as Mosul Eye, 38 babies have already been killed since the religious decree was issued.

The information and video have not been confirmed. Abu Said Aljazrawi, a Saudi judge on the Shar’i board of ISIS, issued the so-called “Oral Fatwa,” those activists report, saying babies as young as one week old have been killed as a result.

The babies were suffocated or given lethal injections, according to Mosul Eye.

Here’s hoping that this report is absolutely NOT TRUE. Plus, with everything that is going on this holiday season, let’s all take a moment to send our thoughts of love and peace to those who need it most in this world.
