Is that how you can do it? Is it really that easy to just drink juice and watch the weight fall off? I  am not 100% sure what the answer is for everyone, but I must say that for me it really, really works. I have tried many options over the last 4 years after having my second child. The only one that has really worked for me is juicing.

But, it is a consistent juice. It is not a juice that lasts for 5 – 10 days. Those are cleanses. They are helpful and beneficial to a healthy lifestyle. But those are fast ways to lose weight and you can’t keep that off.

One of the ways that I create a house that makes it easy for me to stick on my daily juicing, is making sure that I have enough fruits and vergetables in the house at all times. I was offered a chance to use SPUD and I love it! By far it is the best delivery system of fruits and vegentables. The quality of the produce is incredible and the flavors are incredible and get a juicer with it!
