Total Duration: 20 Minutes
Description: This workout focuses on the critical components of functional strength including mobility, power and stability.
Warm up: 5-minute in zone 1.
Main set: 13-minute that will include: wall facing squats, wide grip push up, side plank, standing hip mobility, front launch.
Cool down: The session concludes with a 2-minute of easy walking.
