According to a new report, there’s a real reason why you feel like a monster after losing a few hours of sleep each night. Apparently, not getting enough shut eye makes us into monster mommies.
But seriously, we all suffer from lack of sleep and I don’t doubt we all feel the same, snappy and on an extremely short fuse. It happens and as much as I know I should apologize for it, but being tired simply makes the lot of us angry people.
