Valentine’s Day is traditionally focused on the love others have for us and the love we have for others, but this year, we at Hot Mom’s Club have a unique Valentine’s Day wish for you. We want you to FLY!

Anyone with a little experience with love, knows that actions speak louder than words. Expressing love needs to be seen and not just heard. So the first step for you to take in showing yourself more love is to take care of yourself. Stop neglecting YOU with the excuse of serving everyone else first and having no time left over. Keep in mind that your kids are watching closely and if you don’t value your health and invest in it regularly, they will learn the same bad habit. What better way to be an example to your kids by modeling confident, genuine self-love than to invest in your own personal health and wellness?

Coach Nancy has put together a fabulous workout plan for us all to follow, which covers beginner up to advanced fitness levels so there is something for everyone. (Note that there are some fabulous active rest days where you must lavish yourself with love!)
