No less than nine big-name retailers are recalling two flavors of store-branded children’s cough medicine because it poses a potential overdose risk for kids.
According to ABC News Dollar General, Kroger, CVS, and Rite Aid are among the many chain retailers on that list.
Several batches of the cough medicine, manufactured by Perrigo, Company Medicine, which sells children’s medicine under a number of brand names, are reportedly marked incorrectly.
