Day 20: Recovery Day/Active Rest
Do something special for yourself today! Get a mani or pedi or cook your favorite meal for dinner tonight. Maybe it’s something as simple as giving yourself a boost for the upcoming week by leaving yourself an uplifting quote somewhere in your home that you’ll see every morning. Whatever you do today, make sure to take a minute and praise yourself for how hard you have been working and all the accomplished workouts you have done this month. You are absolutely on your way to a New You!
