Total Duration: 27 Minutes

Description: This 27 minute resistance bands workout is a comprehensive total body strength and toning experience that includes both core and flexibility training plus warm up and cool down.  This workout is geared to shape up and tone up every muscle group! Snap a photo and share it with our cardio community using the #healthyisthenewHOT hashtag. Be sure to tag @BHFitnessUSA and @NancyAndersonFit. 

Don’t skip this exercise if you don’t have resistance bands!  Go through the exercises creating resistance by flexing the muscle groups using strong, precise movements. Where possible, you can opt to use bottles of water or other weighted objects. Resistance bands are inexpensive but very effective workout equipment so it’s wise to invest in a set that’s right for your fitness level because, in no time, the resistance bands exercises will become too easy for you without them!

Video:  It’s all about proper form! Watch the videos before doing the audio workout so you can learn the correct technique to get the most out of your workout and prevent injury. As you workout listen to your coach to help keep your form from straying or sagging and stay motivated!
