Description: This 27 minute resistance bands workout is a comprehensive total body strength and toning experience that includes both core and flexibility training plus warm up and cool down. Don’t skip this exercise if you don’t have resistance bands! Go through the exercises creating resistance by flexing the muscle groups using strong, precise movements. Where possible, you can opt to use bottles of water or other weighted objects.Resistance bands are inexpensive but very effective workout equipment so it’s wise to invest in a set that’s right for your fitness level because, in no time, the resistance bands exercises will become too easy for you without them!
