Hit the trail, street, or beach for a 5K with Coach Nancy Anderson. She will add in some strength intervals throughout your run to keep things interesting and to add an extra challenge. Your goal is to finish this 5K Challenge as fast as possible! You can run or power walk- you pick! Make sure to save your workout time for this one!

Total Duration: 3.1 Miles
Description: This 5K Run or Walk (you choose your pace) will include muscle toning exercises that will be scattered throughout this 3.1 mile workout. Make sure to do this workout in an area where you can run and then stop for short periods of time to complete the interval strength exercises. The objective here is to make or break your previous workout time from week one!
