Description: To get the best results from this workout, do it first thing in the morning, before you eat breakfast.  If you’re running to lose weight, it is ideal but not essential to train by heart rate. No heart rate monitor? No problem.  With a little help from a good coach, you can find your maximum fat burning zone by perceived effort instead of heart rate, and that’s exactly what this 30-minute run was designed to do.
