Description: This 5K Run or Walk (you choose your pace) will include muscle-toning exercises that will be scattered throughout this 3.1 mile workout. Make sure to do this workout in an area where you can run and then stop for short periods of time to complete the interval strength exercises. The objective here is to make or break your previous time as you complete this workout again and again, so be sure to track this workout on the app so you can see your progress.
