 A favorite among Hollywood’s biggest stars, “The Farm” overlooking Canyon’s Resort Village and Ski Beach is notwhat you might expect.  This cozy and charming restaurant perfectly pairs country cuisine with sophistication. Creating mouth-watering dishes with locally sourced ingredients from farms within the Park City area, Executive Chef John Murcko caters to the stars like Pierce Brosnan, Robert Redford, Tom and Katie to name a few… 

 

 

 

Some of my favorite dishes are simply starters!  Farm Rockefeller is a delectable twist on the original oyster dish using pork belly, spinach and aged local Parmesan cheese. I wish there were a dozen!  The crispy braised rabbit leg with creamy cheddar grits and gravy is a must.  What Chef calls “Pasties”… is better known as a pierog like you’ve never had before, stuffed with short ribs, cheese and sage.  Let’s just say after the espresso rubbed tenderloin and seared salmon dishes, I barely had room for a few bites of the rich chocolate fudge brownie topped with a homemade toasted marshmallow.  That’s my kind of roughing it!
