There is no doubt that one of the toughest things moms have to do is leave their babies to go back to work after spending time at home with them on their maternity leave. Now, unfortunately the United States doesn’t have a policy that benefits mothers the same way other countries do. The Family and Medical Leave Act mandates 12 weeks of unpaid leave annually for mother of newborn or newly adopted children. But honestly, how many of us can really get away with sitting at home and not getting a paycheck for three months, right?
