As parents, we all want what’s best for our children, and trust me there are days in which I feel REALLY guilty about being the mean mom in my house when I try to discipline my kids by teaching them a lesson or taking their privileges away from them. It’s hard but at the same time I’m trying my best to install boundaries with them which hopefully will benefit them later in life. As anyone will tell you, being a parent is the most loving and rewarding job you’ll ever have in your life but it’s also the toughest one, too.

Hollywood actor Will Smith recently admitted in an interview that he and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith might have made a big parenting mistake by giving their children too much freedom too soon in their lives. As I’m sure you’ll recall, their kids Jaden and Willow have made headlines for the quirky things they’ve said in past interviews. Now Will says that giving his kids too much freedom of expression might have been a huge mistake on his part.
