British soap star Catherine Tyldesley looks like she’s never had a weight problem. But the Coronation Street actress – who turns 34 on Sept. 17 – confessed that when she was 17 she weighed nearly 210 pounds. She lost 70, steadily over time, by eating a healthy diet and avoiding fads. Tyldesley recently tried to educate the U.K. public on how they can do the same.
