9 Times Disney Villains Summed Up the Struggle That Is Parenthood

I swear to you that on most days I do feel like a real-life villain. I do so much for my family yet it seems like it’s never right, never perfect, or never enough. For example, the other morning I poured Honey Nut Cheerios into my children’s bowls for breakfast before school. The problem, of course, is that one child wanted Frosted Flakes while the other one wanted Lucky Charms. My mistake is that I didn’t realize that my children are member of the British royal family and that I should ask them for their preference first.

Needless to say, at 6:30am in the morning and before my first cup of coffee, I snapped at them and reminded them that they are to take what’s given to them, PERIOD. End of Discussion. Take it or Leave it.

With that being said though, I might have looked like Maleficent during my early morning meltdown, too. But I know I’m not alone as that a lot of moms out there have their Disney Villainess moments.
