If there’s anything that will put me in a bad mood, it’s finding out that I’ve gained weight. The older I get, the slower my metabolism seems to but sadly I haven’t learned that I need to watch what I eat and stay active in order to keep my weight down. If I spend a few nights spooning a jar of Nutella before dinner, the numbers on my scale automatically go up. If I eat out too much, the numbers go up.
