Artichoke Dip

2 cans artichoke hearts – drained and chopped

2 cloves fresh minced garlic

1 cup mayo

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

A little fresh lemon juice

Mix all together – sprinkle paprika on top.  Bake at 325 for approx. 25 min. until bubbly.  Enjoy
