New Study Says Babies Who Eat Homemade Food Are Healthier

Do your or did you prepare baby food yourself, or buy from the grocery store?

I was keen on making my own homemade baby foods for my little guys. Making your own baby food is cost effective, and you can control the amount of sugar and salt you use. You can also puree as needed, depending on baby’s age. Then, you can easily freeze small portions of pureed fruits and vegetables, and defrost when needed.

Sometimes thought, store-bought baby food can seem more convenient.

But now, a new study suggests that babies who get homemade food have some advantages over babies who eat store-bought
