Boy Was Booted From Pumpkin Patch and the Babysitter Is Raising H*ll About It

It’s almost Halloween, which means it’s time for many of us to load up the kids and take them to the local pumpkin patch for a day of fun.

One family in Van Nuys, California is alleging that they were trying to do just that then when an 11-year-old boy and his babysitter were abruptly asked to leave a local pumpkin patch.

The reason babysitter Erika Ganier alleges for being asked to leave is because Nicho Fajardo has Down Syndrome.

Erika Ganier was outraged after she claims a Van Nuys pumpkin patch kicked 11-year-old Nicho Fajardo, whom Ganier babysits, out of a bounce house saying  “kids like him” have been hurt before so he would have to leave.

Fajardo has Down Syndrome, and Ganier couldn’t believe what she was hearing.

“I am furious!” Ganier told CBS LA. “I couldn’t even believe what was happening.”
