For months now fans have watched Kim Kardashian open up about it on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. During both her previous pregnancies the 36-year-old mom-of-two suffered from placenta accreta – a serious, potentially life-threatening condition that meant her body doesn’t pass the organ as it should. Doctors warned her against carrying a third baby.
The millionaire is desperate for another child so, apart from adoption, there was only one more option – hiring a surrogate. Everyone from her sisters Khloé and Kourtney to her 61-year-old mom Kris Jenner volunteered their services. Now, after months of speculation, it seems that Kardashian’s dream of becoming a mother again may have finally come true.
In August Kim Kardashian told Ryan Seacrest on Live with Kelly and Ryan that her 4-year-old daughter North West isn’t too keen on little brother Saint, who turns 2 in December.
She said: “I don’t know if it’s ’cause she’s the older sister…I don’t know what it is; I thought it was a phase. She does not like her brother. It’s so hard for me. I thought it was like, ‘OK, a couple months; she’s just warming up to it.’ She got so jealous when I would breastfeed and all that stuff. Now, the phase isn’t going away.”
