1-5oz.-BOX OF INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
4-LARGE BANANAS-SLICED
1-BAG- “MOTHERS” COCONUT COOKIES-CRUSHED
1-12oz-FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING
 
Prep
  • IN A MIXER-WHIP CREAM CHEESE TILL FLUFFY
  • ADD-SWEETENED MILK TO CREAM CHEESE-
  • WHIP TO COMBINE-SET ASIDE
  • WHIP INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING ,THEN ADD CANNED MILK-
  • COMBINE WELL-TILL DONE (this will be super sticky!)
Finish
  • IN A 9X13 GLASS PAN
  • LINE COOKIES ON BOTTOM
  • ADD-PUDDING MIX ON TOP-COVER EVENLY
  • ADD-CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE-COVER EVENLY
  • ADD-2-BANANAS-CUT UP-THIN MEDALLION SIZE
  • REPEAT –REFRIGERATE 1-HOUR-
  • ADD WHIPPED TOPPING-GARNISH WITH “PULVERIZED” COCONUT COOKIES
  • REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR – SERVE!

  2. Love how easy this sounds and how delicious it looks! One question though – since when does whipped cream come in a “tub” and at what point do you add the “tubs”?

  3. OMG I want to make this! I am obsessed with banana pudding. I attempted to make the one for Maya Angelou’s cookbook with disastrous results. This one is more my speed!
