Have you ever wondered why small children get sick often? Why do they come down with every cold or bug going around?
The reason might surprise you.
When children are born and develop their immune system it becomes very strong and their bodies are at their purest. They have not had a chance to get ‘cluttered’ yet by environmental toxins such as BPA, fire retardant, BHT, food colorings and some other 8,000 chemicals found in human bodies these days.
They are pure and pure body has abundance of energy. It will fight immediately any invading irritant. It can be an invading microform, fire retardant absorbed through clothing or parabens absorbed through shampoo, it really does not matter. Its pure body functions to the fullest capacity with abundance of energy. When a foreign invading microform and/or irritant enters the system, the body has all vital energies to reject it. The way of cleansing is through symptoms such as runny nose, cough, fever but it can also develop into much more serious conditions depending on the level of irritation and/or inflammation.
When your child gets sick it is critical to address the root cause of the issue not the symptoms. Symptoms are only effects of an underlying cause. Symptoms aer actually body’s healing mechanism if you believe it or not. Symptoms are remedial messengers and very important to heal and repair properly. The produced mucus, vomit or runny noise is carrying irritants out of the system in an attempt to self-heal and self-repair. Stopping this important cleansing mechanism will built only into a more serious issue down the road.
When your child is sick, he or she should receive as much as pure water as possible. Do not force feed as the body knows well if it is ready to digest nutrients or not. Force feeding will only slow the healing process and exhaust the needed energies to repair. When your baby gains their appetite back offer only living food with no or very minimal processing. Great ideas are green smoothies with added fruit for the flavor.
