When I was pregnant with both of my children, I followed every single rule that was stated in the pregnancy rulebook. I didn’t smoke. I didn’t drink any alcohol. Heck, I didn’t even take an aspirin. I had the future love of my life (my child) growing inside of me. Why on Earth would I want to take any risks during my pregnancy? That’s why I abstained from all the vices in the world so I can sleep well at night knowing that I was doing what was best for my baby.
