I can’t say that I am a woman who has ever had a flat stomach, let alone a flat stomach after giving birth, but apparently there are women out there who have the ability to “bounce back” into their pre-pregnancy pants hours after giving birth.
But for the majority of mothers, working out and having a healthy pregnancy still can’t change the fact that you grew a freaking human being and your skin literally stretched to accommodate that human.
