Five-Year-Old Battling Same E. Coli Strain That Killed His Little Sister

It’s an absolutely unthinkable event for a parent, but a five-year-old Minnesota boy is currently battling the exact same strain of E. coli that killed his younger sister just days ago. Kade Maresh is fighting for his life after contracting a shiga toxin-producing bacteria that caused both himself and his sibling to have acute kidney failure.
