Game of Thrones Star Reveals Details About Suffering From Postpartum Depression

Postpartum depression can happen to anyone and it can happen in many different forms. For some, they might not even know that they have it. Many moms assume that they are just tired, cranky, emotional and hormonal because they just gave birth. And while that might be true in many cases, postpartum depression does more than just give you a side of the blues. It wreaks havoc on your emotional state of mind. And while you are trying to navigate your new life as a mother, that’s not something you want to deal with, of course. You’ve got plenty of other things to worry about with your newborn baby.

That’s why so many fans are applauding this celebrity mom for opening up about her own postpartum depression. At fist, she didn’t even know that she had it! It wasn’t until she sought some much-needed medical advice from her doctor that she was able to move forward with her life. And here’s what she has to say about it.
