One person’s joy is another’s misery?
The summer is here and that means the kids are off school and the weather is great and we’re supposed to go play outside in the sunlight. I will be the first person to tell you that I am not the biggest fan of outside. I don’t like being too hot and the bugs — well, I am next-level wussy about it all.
Just outside our place is a community playground that my children love to play at. There is a basketball court, a large running around area and of course, the playground with slides and ladders, super high climbing things. If it was up to them, they would be there all day, but as a person who has totally admitted I’d rather do almost anything than take them, when we go, I have a lot running through my head.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who feels this way?
