Male birth control might be available real soon.
With all the different birth control options out there, you’d think surprise pregnancies would be a thing of the past. Sadly, it’s not… yet. There’s good news for mamas who want to get off the pill and papas who don’t want to get vasectomies.
According to new reports, reversible male contraception called Vasalgel could soon be available as another addition to the few options available for birth control among men.
Given how well Vasalgel is responding in test subjects, the Parsemus Foundation — a non-profit which funds Vasalgel research — says the product could be on the market as soon as 2018.
