It’s nothing more than an illusion for some!
While I’m sure that not every mom will agree with this, I know that there’s a good majority of us out there who would love to bounce back to their pre-pregnancy shapes as soon as possible after giving birth to our babies. It’s not always possible, as for many new mothers it sometimes takes several weeks, months and sometimes years to lose all of that extra baby weight.
Well now, it seems like new moms are taking a different approach in trying to get their curves back. And I’m not talking about a new drastic diet or several WODS a day at their local Cross Fit box. Instead, they are doing waist-training, which many critics think may not be the best idea. In fact, it might not even work the way you think it will, either!
