It looks like staying fit makes a HUGE difference, especially for expectant mamas (but we already knew that, didn’t we?). Australian-based fitness guru Sophie Guidolin has shared flashback snaps on Instagram in which she compares her pregnant belly with one child when she did not work out and her pregnant belly with twins and being physically fit.
The Instagram star explains that during her first pregnant back in 2008, she was anemic, weak and had a number of health issues while during her most recent pregnancy with twins, her physique is considerably more muscular and lean. What a difference it makes!
The 27-year-old wrote, “Today someone commented on this photo that I posted last year and it truly reminded me how blessed I am to have been able to experience a fit, active & healthy pregnancy vs my first two pregnancies.”
Just looking at Guidolin’s photos, you just can’t help but wonder: should we all go the physical route when it comes to our pregnancies?!
