It takes two to tango!
If there’s one person I absolutely adore and could see myself having a great conversation with for endless hours, it would be Oprah Winfrey. The media mogul has been in the spotlight for several decades now and one of the reasons why she remains so popular is because she is very open about the ups and downs of her life, including her lifelong weight battle.
The former talk show host recently went on the record to reveal how she managed to shed 30 pounds in the last several months. And even though she’s done it in the past, she always gained the weight back. But this time around she’s done something different, and so far it looks like it’s given her the best and long-lasting results so far.
