I’m sure a lot of mamas out there can agree that regardless of whether or not you stay at home or work outside of the home, balancing your life with your family is never easy. We never enjoy a moment for ourselves. We’re overworked. We’re tired. If you have several kids at home, you feel like your one and only job is shuffling them around from one practice to the next. I’m sure you get the idea. We work two full-time jobs in a week and sadly, have no PTO days or time off (family vacations don’t count when you’re doing the majority of the work and packing).
That’s why a lot of mothers like to have a moment to themselves when the lights go out. And of course enjoy a glass of wine. Luckily, there’s a new report that says we shouldn’t feel guilty about having a glass of wine each weekend (or night, if you’re in that kind of situation) before bed.
