Help! ‘I Was Ostracized for Saying a Birthday Girl Needed a Birthday Spanking’

I don’t know about you, but when I grew up ‘birthday bumps’ were a thing. A very annoying thing. Basically people thought it was funny to give you a bump on the backside for every year you were born, like that’s something every kid looks forward to on their birthday. I however, was born in the ’70s, and I thought that the practice of ‘birthday bumps’ or a ‘birthday spanking’ had long gone out of style (thankfully).

Recently a person found themselves labelled a pervert and ostracized from their friend group after suggesting a child needed a ‘birthday spanking’ at their party. We all know that birthday spankings aren’t something that should be done, but is this going too far?

Does the punishment fit the crime?
