“I just watch my portions and cut back on a lot of the carbs,” she exclusively told Life & Style. “The one thing that I cannot live without is my grapes and cheese.”

Pumpkin told ET that her mom still has some days where she sees her old body in the mirror.

“Momma’s doing really good,” Pumpkin said. “I think that her biggest [insecurity] that she still has to [get over] is that fact of, I think she still thinks of herself as a bigger person. Because, even to this day, like a couple of days ago, we had a conversation, and she is like… she looked in the mirror and was like, ‘I’m still fat.’ And I guess because she’s seen herself as a bigger person all these years, she doesn’t realize how small she is.”

“She tries to wear bigger clothes and baggier clothes and stuff like that, and we’re like, ‘You’re small, like wear something, you know, tight-fitting,'” she added.

I have to give Mama June major credit for managing her new lifestyle so efficiently. I don’t know about you, but I absolutely cannot wait to see her new size 4 body.
