So here’s a confession for you: I sometimes carry a resting bitch face around with me without even knowing it. There’s a good chance I’m either tired, agitated about something or simply just feeling like a…. bitch. And plus, it’s not the 1950s and we don’t have to pretend to be happy all the times, right ladies?

We don’t have to smile all the time and if you’re not sure if I look angry because that’s just my face or I’m actually like angry — don’t worry, I’ll tell you.

Women get too much of this “you need to smile” bull and there’s nothing wrong with having Resting Bitch Face. I think it shows that someone is thinking about something, they’ve got something in their head, and that’s a good thing.

Well, according to a new study, there’s a scientific reason why some of us have RBF – and no, it’s not because we’re cold-hearted ice queens.
