If You Co-Sleep and Breastfeed, Would You Try ‘Breastsleeping’

As much as I love motherhood, one thing that has continuously sucked over the years is my lack of sleep. I haven’t slept in ten years, you guys. I mean, my kids are no longer babies but I am always tired. Either I’m going to bed too late or I’m waking up way too early, but that’s just because there’s so much to do at work and at home with my family.

And even though it’s been years since I’ve last breastfed a child, I still wake up looking like a zombie each and every morning. AS we all know, it’s tough for new mothers to try breastfeeding around the clock when they desperately need a little shut eye. That’s why new researchers are hoping to change it by starting a new trend called breastfeeding (as in you get to breastfeed and sleep at the same time). But is it safe? Does it work? That’s what moms want to know.
