Is It OK to Ask Co-Workers to Avoid ‘Smelly Foods’ While Dealing With Morning Sickness?

I consider myself one of the lucky ones. Throughout four pregnancies, I never, ever experienced morning sickness. I remember one time feeling a bit nauseous during my third pregnancy, but it only lasted for a day and I kept thinking how miserable it must be for women who feel like that for months on end.

We all know morning sickness strikes at all times and can be triggered by anything, but is it acceptable to ask others to alter their lives to make a pregnant woman’s life easier?
