Man Gave His Seat to a Pregnant Woman on the Subway, But What She Did Is the Real Story

I don’t know about you, but I was always raised to give up my seat on public transportation (or anywhere) to anyone who needed that seat more than I did. That meant that it would go to anyone struggling with multiple bags, the elderly, anyone who seemed to have trouble standing and most definitely pregnant women.

Shockingly, not everyone thinks the same way. Yvonne Lin is a NYC based product designer who went her entire first pregnancy with not one man giving up their Subway seat for her. When she got pregnant a second time, she decided to create something special on the off chance she’d ever be offered a seat.
