Parents Are Really Upset About This Controversial McDonald’s Ad

We’ve seen so many advertisements lately having a really positive message, like when Oshkosh featured a child with Down’s Syndrome as a model and when Target featured a girl with a disability when selling Halloween costumes. These are all things that we need to see as a community to show that at the end of the day, everyone matters and should be represented.

McDonald’s recently released a commercial (that now has been pulled), probably aiming to do the same thing, but instead received so much negativity that they needed to do away with it. Hopefully next time, the fast food chain examines their message from different angles and is more sensitive to how it might make people feel.
