I’m the kind of person that will most likely be on a diet for the rest of my life. No matter what size I am or what the numbers are on the scale, I’m never happy. That’s because I always feel like I could lose another few pounds. I feel like my pants should feel a little looser around my weight and that I should only be a few pounds away from what I used to weigh in my mid-twenties (which of course will never happen).
And while I absolutely hate dieting (I just don’t have the strength for it), I know that in order to keep my weight healthy, I need to readjust few things in my day-to-day routine and lifestyle. That’s exactly what singer, television host and celebrity mom Melanie Brown recently did.
