Mom Uses Compression Bandages to Heal Her ‘Mommy Pouch’

Sally Taylor was pregnant with her first (and only child) baby when she started having muscle spasms and pain in her stomach.

Her doctor actually told her that it was because of a condition called Diastasis Recti (DR), a condition when the stomach muscles literally separate. It happens naturally during pregnancy, but unfortunately, not all women’s muscles are able to go back together and not all women have the separation as severely as others.
