Taylor isn’t completely healed yet, she is still working with a therapist on safe exercises that focus on rebuilding her core — and that’s what’s so key about her story and her message. It doesn’t matter what you weigh or how flat your abs were before having a baby.
What matters is how functional your body is. And women deserve to know how their bodies work during pregnancy and how to help them heal properly after giving birth too.
