New Study Shows Women Who Give Birth in Their 30s Tend to Live Longer

Not so long ago, having kids in your 30s was deemed ‘old’ for childbearing years. I had my first child just a few months shy of my thirtieth birthday and my last just 6 days before I turned 35, and even then people were hinting that I was kind of getting past that prime age to have babies.

Now it seems that having kids in your 30s isn’t just a personal choice (because women should be able to have kids at whatever age they choose to have them) but it also tends to lengthen a woman’s life expectancy.
