Mariah Carey’s love life has sort of been like a soap opera lately. After splitting up with Nick Cannon, the father of her children, in 2014 (their divorce wasn’t finalized until late 2016) the diva seemed to be one of the most unluckiest in love women in Hollywood.
But then dashing billionaire James Packer whisked her off her feet, took her on luxurious yachting vacations around Europe and plopped a ridiculously large diamond engagement ring on her finger. Before they got a chance to walk down the aisle and live happily ever after, the couple shockingly split up. Instead of sitting at home and writing the next major, breakup anthem, Carey became immediately joined at the hip by her backup dancer, Bryan Tanaka, who she was quickly linked to romantically.
Now, her ex-husband, who she always seemed close to, has slammed her relationship and TV show with some strong fighting words.
