If there is ever a time in life when a woman might feel like she’s losing her mind from being told what she can and can not do, it’s definitely during pregnancy.

But seriously, it’s so frustrating. Pregnancy is hard enough without constant studies demanding that we eat a certain way, walk a certain way, breathe a certain way (yes, there’s a real study about how breathing affects your unborn baby, I’m totally serious), and even think a certain way. It appears that there is just no end in sight, however, for the “advice” for pregnant women, including the latest edition of what women should not eat while gestating.
