Imagine being turned away from a restaurant while pregnant because someone was offended by your baby belly!
That’s exactly what happened when Charisha Gobin, who is 7 months pregnant with twins, tried to visit a local steakhouse with her family to enjoy a nice dinner.
The expectant mom was turned away from the restaurant for violating their ‘no shirt, no shoes, no service’ dress code despite the fact that she was indeed wearing a shirt.
Charisha Goblin was simply trying to enjoy a nice dinner out with her family when she felt she was body shamed by a server at a local steak house.
The woman and her family arrived at the Buzz Inn Steakhouse with Goblin wearing a crop top and long skirt, revealing her 7 months pregnant with twins belly.
“The waitress/bartender stopped us and said, ‘I’m sorry, you can’t be here in that shirt.’ I said, ‘Are you being serious with me right now?’ And she said, ‘Yep, you can’t be here,'” Gobin told CBS News.
Should she have been turned away?
