DAY 5: ACTIVE REST, RECOVERY DAY!
Recovery days are important to let your body rest and repair from the work it has been doing for you through your workouts this week. Taking a recovery day doesn’t necessarily mean you need to sit on the couch!
Get up and take yourself and/or the family for a walk or a hike! Enjoy the scenery while giving yourself a pat on the back for all the calories you’ve been torching!
