Here’s a little confession for you: whenever I order pasta at one of my favorite fast food franchises or a local restaurant, I always order gluten-free thinking I can get away with eating the carbs by being a little more healthy about it. And of course, I know I’m approaching it the wrong way. Pasta is pasta. You can’t cut any corners.
Yet, there’s a new study that says pasta isn’t the reason why our love handles are growing by the inch.
